Puerto Rico Dance and Culture Retreat ( For Women)
April 9-April 17, 2026
Client Review
“I attended the 2025 Puerto Rico retreat and had the most incredible time. Juliette did such a great job in creating a balanced schedule, where it felt like I learned so much while also relaxing in the beautiful atmosphere. The classes with local instructors were awesome and the retreat center was absolutely gorgeous. Loved getting to spend time on different parts of the island for different styles too (art studio and bomba on the beach in Loiza was especially lovely and unique). It was a special experience that I definitely recommend!

“I attended the Puerto Rico retreat in April 2025. Awesome experience dancing in San Juan, Loíza, and Rincon. Highly recommend participating in the retreat if you’re interested in learning more about salsa and bomba dance, as well as Puerto Rican culture as a whole. There are private and group dance opportunities for all levels. Juliette is an awesome host and retreat planner. Can’t wait to go again next year!

Cities
Part 1: Ritmo ( Rhythm) in San Juan April 9-April 13, 2026
Immerse yourself in the vibrant rhythms and rich heritage of San Juan through dance and cultural activities. Pick your own adventure from trying out authentic Puerto Rican dance (salsa, bomba, and reggaeton) or go straight to exploring the heart of San Juan and its historical sites. Our nights will be spent becoming one with the nightlife of the city. Watch or participate in the Bomba circle’s of Sancturce Monday night, and feel the beat in the hottest reggaeton clubs. We’ll finish out our time in San Juan by venturing to a Taino Cave and visit Loiza to dance Bomba on the beach.
Part 2: Reposo ( Relax) in Rincon April 13-April 17, 2026
We’ll make our way through to the west side of the island in our private transport to surround ourselves with the natural beauty of Puerto Rico's coast and mountain tops. Relax on the yoga deck of our villa or float in the pool. Here is where we will quiet the mind and restore the body. Mornings we’ll start with yoga to be greeted by a breakfast made with organic fresh produce from the land. Later we’ll lay out on the sand at one of Puerto Rico’s finest beaches. Finish off the day with a massage or just chill. Our last night we’ll party with the locals at a beach drum circle to dance or keep the beat of the drum.
